1 When my order will be shipped after payment is made?
Generally it takes 1-3 days to process, but for some special products, it may take longer time since they may need customization from the factory.
2 Can I cancel my order?
You can ask us to cancel it if it has not been shipped yet, but for shipped orders, sorry we are unable to cancel.
3 Do I have to pay additional fee when placing the order?
No, We won't ask our customers to pay addtional fees or taxes, However, you may still have to pay the following ones:
- Bank transfer charges;
- PayPal handling fees;
- Customs and import duties;

4 Why was my order canceled and my payment refunded?
Forwatchrepair reserves the right to cancel order in cases below:
1, The full name and recipient address you left on the order is not the same as shown in your paypal. you have to confirm with us in case your address differs from the Paypal after payment is maded.
2, The item is out of stock and cannot be refilled very soon or there is something wrong with our pricing.
5 Is my personal information such as email, phone number and address safe buying from here?
Your information is only used to process the order. and Forwatchrepair is forbidden to disclose the information to any third party.

1 Where can I track my order?
You can track via shipping website www.17track.net/en or https://www.trackingmore.com/
2 Will my order come with a tracking number?
For low value product, we will seend it by economy shipping, no tracking number available and your can only see its pick-up scan from our partner carriers. no further information afterwards.
For High value product, we will send it by standard or expedited shipping, and your will have a tracking number for the shipment to check its full status.
3 My product arrived faulty/damaged/different. What can I do?
You will be covered by Forwatchrepair' 30 Days Guarantee. You can take some photos or a short video showing the content of the package you received and send them to us by filling out this form. Please also include your order number and a photo of the shipping label. We will do our best to assist you shortly after receiving your query.
4 How long will it take to get the parcel?
For express service, it takes about 5-10 days.
For post service, it takes about 10-25 days for developed countries, for developing countries like in Africa, it may take 2-3 months to reach.
