The main features of this co-axial balance wheel are that it is fitted with micro-star shaped screws that are adjustable.
One complete turn of both regulating screws represents a rate adjustment of 52 seconds per day and 82 seconds per day.
The tool has a scale on it to make it easier to read the correction.
